鯪魚肉(已調味) 350克
燈籠椒(青) 1個

茄子 半條
紅腸 半條
生粉
甜豉油:
糖 1.5湯匙
豉油(生抽) 3湯匙
水 2湯匙

Fish paste (seasoned) 350g
Bell pepper (green) 1pcs
Bell pepper (red) 1pcs
Eggplant half pcs
Red Sausage half pcs
Cornstarch
Sweet soy sauce:
Sugar 1.5 tablespoons
Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Water 2 tablespoons
