咸肉粽食譜 Rice Dumplings Recipe

咸肉粽食譜 材料:  (約24隻)

糯米       2斤(1200克)(洗淨,預先浸2小時)
花生       1小杯  (洗淨,預先浸2小時)
鹽         3茶匙
雞粉       1茶匙
糖         2茶匙
油         2湯匙
綠豆邊     半斤(300克)   (洗淨,預先浸1小時)

五花腩     400克  (預先醃1晚)
鹽         4茶匙
糖         2茶匙
豉油       1湯匙
玫瑰露酒   2茶匙
五香粉     2茶匙
--------------------------------
蝦米/蝦乾  40克 (洗淨)
油         1-2湯匙
--------------------------------
乾元貝(隨意)  (預先浸1小時至軟身)
咸蛋黃(每隻棕半隻)  13-14隻
棕葉(連草繩)        約50片(每隻棕用2片)

Rice Dumplings Recipe Ingredients: (about 24pcs)

Glutinous rice    2 pounds (1200g)(Wash, and Soak for 2hs)
Peanut            1cup (Wash, and Soak for 2hs)
Salt              3teaspoons
Chicken powder     1teaspoon
Sugar             2teaspoons
Vegetable Oil      2tablespoons
Peeled mung bean  0.5 pounds (Wash, and Soak for 1h)

Pork belly              400g (To marinade overnight)
Salt                    4teaspoons
Sugar                   2teaspoon
Soy sauce               1tablespoon
Mei Kuei Lu Chiew(Wine) 2teaspoons
Five spices powder      2teaspoons

Dried shrimp            40g (Wash and soak)
Oil                     1-2tablespoon
--------------------------------
Dried Scallops(Optional)(Wash, and Soak for 1hs)
Salted egg yolk         13-14pcs (Use half egg yolk for each dumpling )
Dumpling leaf(with straws) about50pcs (Use 2leafs for a dumpling)
